(A) new cosmetic raw materials, health administrative permit application form;
(B) development report:
1, raw materials research and development background, process and related technical documents;
2, to clarify the source of raw materials, physical and chemical properties, chemical structure, molecular formula, molecular weight;
3, the raw materials used in cosmetics purpose, basis, scope and use of limited.
(C) quality standards (including testing methods, purity and impurity content);
(D) of the production process description and diagram;
(E) toxicological safety assessment document;
(F) reporting agents shall provide proof of principal-agent;
(G) review other documents may be helpful.
